QUALIFICATIONS​

• General woodworking experience a plus

• Team player

• Quick Learner 

 

RESPONSIBILITES may include, but are not limited to:

• Cabinet assembly and sub-assemblies

• CNC operation

• Processing/milling solid stock

• Cabinet delivery

• Sanding

• Shop clean-up/upkeep

• Building doors

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience using CabinetVision

• Experience bidding 

• Knowledge of cabinetry processes and how a shop works

• Experience answering phones and providing customer service 

 

SKILLS:

• Computer knowledge: CabinetVision, email, spreadsheets, google suite, google calendar

• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, vendors

• Ability to schedule and keep organized

• Ability to work independently, but asks questions when necessary

• Positive attitude and ability to solve problems

ENGINEER/PURCHASING COORDINATOR:

• Communicate with Designer about job specs

• Ensure details (dimensions, end types, etc) are accurate

• Output all paperwork and cnc programs

• Engineer all specialty items (shaping plumbing drawers, adding sink cutouts if needed)

• Thinking ahead to possible issues and working with designer and production supervisor to create a solution

INSTALLER

• Experience installing high end custom cabinetry (scribing and crown)

• Positive attitude, trainable, ready to help where needed

• Hardworking and reliable with high quality expectations and standards

• Willing to ask questions and ask for help (when necessary)

• Quickly learns and follows expectations (safety and production)

• Able to work as a team member with good communication skills
